Never force a stretch. You shouldn't feel pain, just a stretching sensation. Once you become familiar with the stretches choose the ones you prefer for your own routine and hold each stretch for 15-20 seconds for best results. To stretch to increase flexibility hold each stretch relaxing into it for 30-60 seconds.
